Transform datasets into deployable insights while partnering with ML engineers to harden models for production.
Key Responsibilities
Your Impact
Here's what you'll be responsible for in this role
Source, clean, and balance datasets for supervised and unsupervised needs
Train and tune models, documenting assumptions and trade-offs
Collaborate on deployment plans, shadow testing, and performance tuning
Analyze post-production telemetry to recommend improvements
Share findings through dashboards, notebooks, and stakeholder demos
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years in data science with demonstrable project outcomes
- Strong grounding in statistics, ML algorithms, and experimentation
- Hands-on with Python stack (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Plotly)
- Comfort working with APIs, feature stores, and CI/CD workflows
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
