Validate AI systems for functional accuracy, fairness, compliance, and ongoing Responsible AI hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Your Impact
Here's what you'll be responsible for in this role
Design and execute functional, regression, and adversarial test plans
Establish automated validation harnesses for data, features, and outputs
Partner with legal/compliance to enforce Responsible AI checklists
Review security, privacy, and data-protection controls for every release
Maintain traceability between requirements, tests, and audit evidence
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years in QA with at least 2 years testing AI/ML or data-heavy systems
- Experience with Python/JS-based automation frameworks and synthetic data
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics, fairness, and bias testing
- Knowledge of SOC2/GDPR/DPDP compliance expectations
- Excellent documentation discipline and stakeholder coordination
